idea & concept

Taking the design brief as the base; preliminary space planning and furniture layout concepts are designed. Circulation patterns and minimum clearances are considered and applied to the floor plan accordingly. Rough sketches, elevations & 3D views are created; finishes are also suggested and the whole scheme and various options are presented to the client for review.

design & estimate

After final approval of the schematic design from the various options presented to the client, floor plans, elevations and other related items are developed in greater detail. Colors and finishes are refined. Furniture, fabrics and equipment are selected and detailed estimation is prepared. The entire set of designs and estimates are again presented to the client for review, revision and final approval.

build & finish

A Bachelor’s degree holder in Architecture. Ar. RANGA YAHSWANTH graduated from SCHOOL OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE, JNTU - Hyderabad. In the past he has worked at prestigious Architectural firms in Hyderabad. During these years Ar. Ranga Yashwanth worked on various small, medium and large scale projects which included Residences, Commercial Buildings, Institutions and Department Projects. He last worked at Tripuranth and associates,Hyderabad before he decided to follow his dream of going the entrepreneurial way.

Holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from SCHOOL OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE, JNTU – Hyderabad. Has over 8 years of extensive experience in designing and planning residential, commercial, corporate, Institutional and healthcare buildings.

Has over 30 years of extensive experience in structural engineering and planning residential, commercial, corporate, Institutional and healthcare buildings. Holds a Bachelor of engineering (civil) degree from osmania university-Hyderabad.
